Columns are flexible — any of name, email, phone, company, source. Rows with at least a name, email, or phone are imported.

2 · Mercury drafts outreach

Mercury writes a personalized message per new lead. Every draft goes to your Approval Queue — nothing sends until you approve it.

Cost note: Mercury uses one AI call per lead to personalize. Runs are capped at 25 leads at a time — run again for more. Follow-ups draft automatically each morning for contacted leads with no reply (max 4 touches per lead, capped daily) — they land in the Approval Queue like everything else.
